Island Living!

This has been the most relaxing day of our travels so far! After another quick stop home to check on Caroline, we arrived at Twikkii Island yesterday. It's absolutely gorgeous and the weather is perfect! Our hotel is very nice and we've got a really luxurious suite. I'm so glad that we decided to splurge on our last stop!

Although our flight was really quick, Sophie and I decided to treat ourselves to massages. We sat in the sauna first so we were pretty relaxed before we even got to the massage table, then we both had hot stone massages outside in the shade of a thatched roof. It was so amazing that we both had the masseuse teach us how to give massages! Of course, I think it's more important that Sophie learns this skill, but she seems pretty keen on me giving her massages too!

We spent this morning lazily-ordered room service (pancakes for me and cereal for Sophie) and then hit the beach. Sophie spent the afternoon sunbathing (and has a bit of a sunburn to show for it-ouch!) while I built a sandcastle and looked for seashells. I found a pretty conch and also a clam shell. They'll make nice souvenirs for Caroline when we get home.
