The Sims 2 Open For Business Commercial Contest
We recently held The Sims 2 Open For Business Commercial Contest. The contestants were asked to use the game's content to create their own commercial for an Open For Business. We received over a hundred entries to this contest. The entries were sophisticated and well executed and the judges had a heck of the time narrowing down the winners. The Grand Prize winner will receive a new PC courtesy of Nvidia. Three Runners-up will receive a new Nvidia Video Card!

More importantly, the concept and humor of this commercial really struck a chord with the judges because it captured an aspect of The Sims 2 humor. The voice-over acting and timing was very well executed. The commercial as a whole held together nicely and made the viewer remember the commercial.

The narration kept the commercial moving along and moving toward a nice conclusion. The voice-over and camera work reflect the perfect tone for a car dealership.

Macabre Mart by m1tchmThe judges loved the colors and cinematography of this commercial for Macabre Mart. The quick pacing moves the viewer right along, hitting all the points of the commercial without losing you along the way. The fantastic sets and subtle humor showcase The Sims 2.
