Most everyone knows the story of Dorothy and Oz, but not the story of the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba. I think this sim looks kind of like Elphaba, from the musical Wicked! I hope you like her, too! P.S. I didn't make the hai nor did I make the dress, but they do go nice together!
