Hey there - This is the wicked Warlock from the Muffin family here to show you my favourite recipe for the harvest season - Tuna Morney Mmm Mmm

First gather the ingredients - 1 cup of plain flour 1 1/2 cups of milk 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1-2 cups of grated chedder cheese 1 standard tin of tuna 250g pasta (your choice i prefer macaroni but its up to you) 1/2 teaspoon of musturd powder 1 tablespoon butter
We are nearly ready to go - I hope i don't drool all over this meal before we get to eat it.

Step One: Start off by putting the pasta in a sausepan and cooking it until it is 'aldente' (about 7-9 minutes). Step Two: Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celcius

Step Three: Once the water is boiled and the pasta is in - start to prepare the cheese sauce. - On low heat melt the butter in the saucepan. - Once melted add flour and mix through until thickened. - Begin to add the milk - Gradually add the milk and make sure you continue to stir the mixture until thick - Once all the milk is mixed in (it should look like a sauce now) add 1/2 cup of cheese and mix that through until melted. - Add the Musturd powder and mix through.

Step Four: Remove and drain pasta then place in a baking dish as big as you like. Step 5: Drain brine from tin of tuna then mix through the pasta Step 6: Add the cheese sauce making sure it is throughout the pasta and tuna. Step 7: Sprinkle remainder cheese over the top. Step 8: Bake in the oven on 180 Celcius for 10 minutes.
