Don: (to self) I'm not so sure about this hat. It's all floppy-like. Hmm, I know we're going for the chef look and all, but it may hurt my reputation with the ladies.

Don: I guess it's not so bad. You know I might just have a shot at this celebrity chef career. Tell me when the camera guy is ready to start shooting.
Offstage: Don, we're already rolling.

Don: The freezing part will take several hours. It's hard to wait, but believe me it's worth it. Look I'm so excited about this pie I'm getting that white tingley "in-the-zone" feeling.

Don: It may look like I am about to bake this frozen pie. However this is no conventional oven. I pulled a few strings and had the repairman convert it to a super deep freeze so I can speed up the freezing process. Afterall, it would be cruel to make the lovely triplets wait too long to sample their pie. If you are making this dish at home your regualr freezer will do the job in a couple of hours. Waiting overnight will give you the best results.

Kiki: OMG! That's an awesome hat, Don. Have you ever thought of being a celebrity chef? You totally fit the part. Like, you even cleaned the kitchen! I don't think anyone has done that since the maid quit. (giggle)
Don: Why thank you Kiki. The hat is starting to grow on me. But the pie is almost done, why don't you gather the rest of the ladies in the dining room for a taste test!
