Well since he's not going to help me I'll show you how to make it anyway. Here are the things you'll need: 2 Lemons 1 Onion(Yellow) Olive oil Salt Seasoning(Any you like, I prefer McCormicks) Four Alaskin Salmon fillets(Or any you prefer) Measuring cup Cutting board Nife

Make sure the salmon is deboned. We don't want people picking bones out of their teeth. Also make sure you wash the Salmon under luke warm water. If there is any skin and you absolutely can't stand it, peel it off. Next pour about 1/3 of Olive oil into the mesuring cup. If you have a lemon squeezer, squeeze the lemons into there. Add the lemon juice to the Olive oil. Add two pinches of salt into the Olive oil. Mix it well. (For best results do this in the pan, with tin foil at the bottom)

Pour the Olive oil evenly over each salmon fillet. Make sure its lathered in there, but not too much. Next, take some seasoning from a dish, sprinkle it on each salmon fillet. Cut the lemon into slices, you may need to buy more lemons for this. You can also cut thin slices. Make sure you have a cutting board, and adult supervision if you're bad with nifes. Taking the onion, cut slices from that as well. Cover each salmon fillet with lemons and onions each. This will give the salmon flavor.

If you have a pan that has a dip, that's great. Be sure to cover the pan with tin foil, keeping the juices of the salmon with it. The whole bottom of the pan should be covered with tin foil. To add more moisture add tin foil to the top as well. Just fold the edges of the foil around the pan. Make sure it's secured.

Be sure to pre-heat your oven to 350. Carefully place the salmon in there, not wanting to drop it. If you're affraid to burn your hands, use cooking gloves. Slide the tray in the center. Try not to cook it too fast. We don't want crusty salmon.

Now that it's cooking be sure to check on it at half the time it's almost done. Depending on the size of the salmon, it should take about 17-23 minutes. A half hour at the most. Check it twice if you have to, to see if it's done. The coloration of the Salmon should be a pinky/white. Cut off a piece to see if it's flakey. Knowing it's flakey tells you this is done. Time yourself to double check.

Ding! Well time to check to see if it's ready. Looks good enough to me. Great serving size as well. You can keep the lemons and onions on there if you like. You can add any side dishes you'd like. Mashed potatoes and Salad seems the best. Now let's go see if the family likes it!

Well, I did my cooking, filled my stomach with good food. Now I just need room for pumpkin pie! Least we tried something different instead of the traditional turkey. (Shh, my husband doesn't know I goto my friends party for that).
