Char-Siu is one of the traditional Chinese food, it's very tasty and easy to prepare. I am going to show you how to cook this simple dish step by step.

Ingredients: Pork 600g
Marinade: Char Sui Sauce 4 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp
Sauce: Honey 1 tbsp Water 1 tbsp

Step 1: Marinade pork for 45-60 mins

Step 2: Preheat oven to 220 degrees for 15 minutes, cover pan with aluminum foil, place pork in it and cover another aluminum foil on top of the pork.

Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes, invert the pork and bake for another 15 minutes.

Step 4: Brush through the pork with honey sauce and bake for 5 more minutes each side.

Tip: - You could grill the pork instead of baking. - Char Siu is also a good choice for BBQ party.
