Hi, I am Paisley, I am going to teach my daughter a new dish. Just join us if you are interested! I got this recipe from a Japanese friend, it's called "Crispy Sesame Salmon with Ginger Teriyaki Sauce".

Ingredients: - 2 pieces of Salmon (250g per piece) fillet with skin - 1/2 beaten egg - 3 to 4 tbsp flour - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Marinade (for each piece) - salt 1/2 tsp - ginger juice 1 tsp
Ginger Teriyaki Sauce - chopped ginger 1 tbsp - ginger juice 1 tbsp - teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup - Japanese cooking wine 2

Step 1: Rub marinade over salmon and set aside for 15 mins.

Step 2: Blend flour and egg into a batter, brush salmon skin with batter and coat skin evenly with sesame seeds.

Step 3: Heat 6 tbsp oil in a frying pan, lower salmon skin side down and fry until golden and crispy, turn salmon over and fry to you liking.

Step 4: Saute chopped ginger in a dry pan until fragrant, add cooking wine. Lastly mix in teryaki sauce and ginger juice.

Step 5: Place salmon on plates, serve with greens and ginger teriyaki sauce.

Tip: The sesame coating adds aroma and crispiness to the salmon skin, while the salmon is cooked to your liking using a medium heat.
