if you did it correctly, the CONNECTING stairs will line up just right, regular stair cases will NOT work! by using differnt types of connecting stairs, you can make it seem like a red carpet is rolling down them

add a thing here and there and youve got a great looking front poarch and grand stair case. if your building one for indoor use, all the walls mush not be closed up, so build around the stairs.

now for spiral stairs, in my opinion, these are much hard to pick up. start with 4*4 foundation
|

then use the Holy Smoke connection stairs on one side. then raise the train 4 clicks right by it

continue until you can use the wall tool, you may have to remove the first steps to place walls.

remove the walls, place the first steps back, then chairs on all the foundations to keep the floors from disapearing when you remove the foundation

remove the chairs and place walls like so

place flooring on the walls

 |

remove walls

place railings and youve got a great looking spiral (well, close to one) stair case. work it indoors, continue upward, split it into other directions, WHATEVER!
