Well, I made it! I graduated valedictorian from Sim State University and now I finally own my very first home. My four brothers and sisters are shocked at how fast my life is going. I've just graduated, I'm going to get married to the most wonderful man in the world, and I've already got a job lined up!

The first day I moved into my new home, my siblings all came over to visit. You see, we are quintuplets, and I'm the youngest. My sister Erika is the oldest, and she has the brown wavy hair. Then it's my brother Issac, with the brown hair and glasses. Lillian is the middle child with the blond hair and green eyes. She and Issac went to college with me. Marcus is the fourth born, and he has blond hair and blue eyes. And last but not least is me, Sasha Yates.

My new home is so cozy, and I can't help but love it! All my other siblings have their own homes now too, but I think mine is the most comfortable... I can't wait until my fiance Ravi moves in and then I can really start up my life. I want to become a biologist, and hopefully make enough money so that I can support my future family.

My fiancee Ravi and I have begun planning our wedding. It'll be great! I want to invite everyone, my mom, my sisters and brothers, my friends... everyone! Ravi will be moving in after the wedding, so I have to start moving things around to fit him in. The wedding is in a week after all!

Wel,. a week later and here they come! I was so happy when I saw my mom walk up, I couldn't contain myself. All of my siblings showed up too, which was really nice. I think I almost started crying, but I stopped myself before I had the chance.

When I came outside to get food, I was suprised to see everyone cheering for a toast. I guess they were toasting to me, and I was speechless. Issac gave the most wonderful speech, one that I will never forget. He told everyone how wonderful I am, and that I deserve the best in life, since I gave my best to others.

I was so happy with the ceremony. All my friends came, as well as my mom and my professeur. In the front row was my professeur, Marcus, Issac and Lillian. In the second row was my mom, my two friends and my sister Erika. In the last chair was my good friend Rebecca, who also happens to be my brother Issac's girlfriend.

My hand was shaking when Ravi put my ring on me. We were both laughing about it, even after the ceremony. It was such an amazing ceremony, one that I will remember always. After the event was over, everyone applauded and stood up. But we were in such a hurry to get into the limo, we didn't notice! It was time for the honeymoon!

Our honeymoon went really well, and Holland was even better than I thought it would be. I don't know why I chose Holland, but I'm glad I did! We saw a lot of monuments, as well as historical homes. I think we bonded well during the trip, and now we're even closer than before.

Living with someone else is definitely a change for me, but a nice one at that. I think it's a lot nicer around here with Ravi hanging around. He keeps me in good spirits, and he's a total sweetie. I just love him! I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together...

I don't understand why I'm not feeling too well lately. I've been throwing up, gagging, and using the restroom more and more lately. I sleep longer, eat more, and feel bad generally all over. I don't understand what is going on. Today, I looked up my symptoms in a health journal, and I fit into the pregnant category. I can't even contemplate being pregnant. Don't get me wrong, I've always wanted a baby, it's just a huge suprise. We haven't even been married that long!

Yep, I was right. And after calculating times, I have determined this is a honeymoon baby. Oh my goodness... I called work and they immediately put me on maternity leave. I still have to tell Ravi about the baby though. No worry's mate! I already know his reaction.

I was so happy to tell Ravi the news that I could hardly contain myself. Yes, he was extatic as well, and he couldn't stop saying, "I'm gonna be a new daddy," for the rest of the week. I can't wait for this baby!

With the new baby on the way, I'm feeling more tired and hungry. That means Ravi has to do even more around the house. He cooks dinner most of the time now, and he'll do the dishes. I think he's even more anxious about the baby than I am, probably because after the baby comes, he won't have to work anymore!

I called my family today to tell then the great news. You should have heard them all! my mom was so proud of me, my sister Erika was happy for me, my brother Issac said, "Wow, that was quick," my sister Lillian congratulated me, and brother Marcus said he hoped the baby looked like him. I tried to call my dad but I can't reach him. I at least wanted him to know about the baby, but I can't contact him. I don't hate him for leaving us you know. My siblings do but I don't.

Now I'm really big! I can't do anything anymore, so Ravi does everything for me. He's so sweet like that, but I feel like an invelent. I wish I could do more, but I'm tied down with this baby.

I was so happy to find Erika on my doorstep today. I'm getting more nervous and nervous as delivery day comes nearer, and having Erika here makes it all better. She felt my tummy, talked the baby, and we laughed like we used to. My sister is so great!

Erika comes over a lot now for dinner. I think she knows it calms me down, so the big sister inside of her decides to come out. I'm really nervous about the whole thing, going into labor, having the baby, etc... Erika and I were talking today about baby names and we have decided on the perfect names. If it's a boy, we'll name him Kyra, and if it's a girl we'll name her Elysia. Yes, in Japan Kyra is a boy's name.

I was so suprised after dinner one day when I felt the pain. Erika was there, and she sat me down on the couch. I couldn't stay there though, so I stood up and tried to deal with the pain. Erika called in my husband and she began coaching me with the breathing exercises. I wanted the baby to come out, but it was putting up a fight. It was going to be dark soon, and I didn't want to wait all that time for the baby to come out.

Three hours later, I was still screaming in pain. Erika got me a wash cloth and tried to help me out, but it was no use. Natural birth sucks! I was screaming and yelling for a few more hours, until the contractions became stronger. Then I just gave up on the screaming, and focused on pushing.

Ravi was so exhausted when the baby came. Erika started crying, since she helped deliver her niece, and all she could do was smile. I couldn't help but smile myself, since my new little girl was in my arms.

Elysia is her name, perfect for her in my opinion. She has blond hair (a mix from her mommy and daddy) and her daddy's blue eyes. She has my lighter skin, and my smile. I think she has her daddy's nose, but her mommy's eyebrows. How adorable! I guess I should call Marcus and tell him his new neice looks like him after all.

Erika stayed the night and she helped out with Elysia. I couldn't believe how wonderful she is with children. I could feel the bond between her and Elysia, it's incredibely strong. They are already close, and they barely met. It's amazing the bonds of family!

I found out the most wonderful news today. My brother Issac's wife Rebecca is pregnant! Oh, how fabulous! Issac has wanted to be a daddy for a long time now and he can finally realize his wish has come true. I think he wants a boy, but I'm not sure. I hope everything goes well for him!

I think Elysia is getting bigger and bigger every time she drink from her bottle. Maybe it's super milk or something, but I can't believe how fast she's growing! She's so adorable!

We invited mom over for dinner to come see the little baby. After we ate, she got to hold little Elysia and mom couldn't stop laughing! She loves little Elysia since she can finally be a grandma. I was so happy that day!

My brother Issac called me frantically before dinner to tell me that his wife was going into labor. Then after calling me every hour, she finally was done. But to everyone's suprise, she had twins! Two boys, Issac told me. He already was going to name one of them Joshua, but he didn't know what to name the second one. I told him that I was going to name Elysia Kyra is she was a boy, but since we don't need that name anymore, he could use it. And so he did!

Look at them! Issac told me all about the kids right after they were born. The first baby boy was named Joshua and he has brown hair and blue eyes. The second baby boy was named Kyra and he has brown hair and green eyes. Beautiful combination, huh? Poor Issac was crying before we got off the phone!

My sister Lillian came over today to see Elysia. She really adores Elysia you know. We talked a little, but I could tell she was sad so I asked her what was wrong. "I want a baby," she said. "But Ash isn't proposing anytime soon and I don't want to wait anymore." That's when the idea popped into my head. "Have you ever thought about adoption?" I asked her. She gave me a wierd look, then smiled. "Yes I have, and I think it's time to put that plan into action."

I'm a little sad that Elysia will be growing up soon into a toddler, but it's okay. She's going to be so beautiful, don't you think? I think she's gorgeous already, but I can't wait to see what she's like as a toddler.

I called Lillian today and she told me the adoption lady was coming over with a baby. She says that she was suprised at the short wait she had for her child. I came over to see the baby a little later and he's so beautiful. His name is Alphonse Yates, and he has blonde hair and gray eyes. I think he looks like my brother Marcus, but that's just me. Lillian is ectatic right now!

It feels kinda funny seeing Elysia as a baby the night before her birthday. In less than 24 hours, she is going to be a toddler and I am having sleepless nights over this. Ravi is okay with it, but I don't know how I feel. I don't know whether I want her to grow up or not. I guess it doesn't matter what I think anyways though, since she'll grow up no matter what.

I couldn't help but look at Elysia's smiling face when I brought her in to meet all her guests at her party. She recognized Aunt Erika right away, but I don't know if she remembers some of the others. She was so excited that day, excited that she could finally be old enough to crawl around instead of just lay there. She's definitely happy right now!

She still has her smile! I think Elysia is gorgeous now, even more than before. I can really see a reflection of me and Ravi in her. Isn't it amazing!

After the party was over, my brother Marcus stayed behind to talk to me. Poor him, he's putting on weight. But that's not what he wanted to talk about. He told me that a few months ago he was abducted by aliens and that he thinks he's pregnant with an alien baby. I know, shocking news, but I'm not that suprised. I studied aliens and alien abductions in college so I am extremely fimiliar with the subject. Actually, I'm happy for my bro, he's held it together this far! I think he just needs someone to talk to.

The next time I went to visit my brother, his stomach had grown tremendously. It reminded me so much of my own pregnancy, that I couldn't help but smile. I am going to be an aunt to an alien baby. I think that's kinda cool actually. My brother hasn't told anyone else about the baby, probably because it's a little wierd, but I'm gonna be his support system.

We have begun to potty train Elysia. She doesn't understand what the potty is for, but hopefully she'll learn. We had to put the potty near the kitchen since there was no room in the bathroom. I hope that doesn't confuse her.

Ravi bought Elysia a new high chair today. He said he picked a yellow one, you know, "just in case we ever have a boy." I guess that's his way of saying he want's more kids. I actually thought it was sweet the way he told me, but don't quote me on that just yet. Yes, of course I want more kids too, it's just that I've heard that your second child is a total opposite of your first child, and Elysia is perfect. Does that mean that child #2 will be a monster?

In a sense, I think Elysia reminds me of my brother Issac. As a child, he was the creativity freak of the family. He loved to play the piano, and he loved to watch others play the drums, as well as the guitar. I think Elysia must have inherited his love for music, because she loves to play her xylophone.

I'm eating a lot now and I don't know why. Does this mean I'm pregnant? I ate a lot of food when I was pregnant with Elysia, so does this mean what I think it means?

Elysia is getting back on schedule (thank god!) and we can finally sleep. I need the sleep since I'm pregnant after all! Yes, it's true, I'm pregnant, 100%. Isn't that wonderful? Ravi is really excited, and he is already picking out names for it.

When I went over to visit Marcus, I was shocked to see he was in labor. That alien baby wanted out, and I was ready to help! After a few hours of intense labor, she finally came with her bright green skin and big black eyes. I was a little suprised Marcus wasn't disgusted, but I'm glad he wasn't. He named her Winry, and he thinks she's gorgeous. I do too, but I'm just not used to alien babies.

I was a little suprised to see a huge stomach when I woke up, but this isn't adnormal. The same thing happened with Elysia if you remember. I am so excited! I can't wait to tell my family! It kinda reminds me of Marcus' pregnancy in a way, since he had a big tummy like mine, but i don't think I'll have an alien child. Hopefully mine will be normal!

I am fully pregnant or what! My stomach has reached full capacity and I can really feel the baby. You should have seen Ravi's expressions when he saw my stomach. What a funny face! I'm just glad the baby will be born after Elysia has her birthday. You know that she's going to grow up soon. I'm a little sad though because she's such a cute toddler.

Now I waddle everywhere since I can't see my feet. It reminds me so much of when I was pregnant with Elysia, but in other ways, it's extremely different. For example, the baby feels like it's the same weight as Elysia, but it kicks a lot less than Elysia did.

Elysia had her last bath today. I think she knew it too, because she didn't want to get out. As a child, she will now be able to take showers. I hope she likes that. As a child, I hated the shower because the water wouldn't stop raining on me, but now I don't mind.

I was so happy that everyone showed up to the party. My brothers both came, as you can see, one is happier than the other. My mom came, as well as both of my sisters, Lillian and Erika. Erika and Rebecca (Issac's wife) hit it off at the party and all they did was chat the entire time.

Ravi did the honors since it's hard for me to lift Elysia and he brought her to the cake. She was happy at that moment, I couldn't help but cry. My baby was growing up!

Don't you think she's beautiful? She looks just like my sister Lillian when she was a child. Except she has my skin color and Ravi's facial features, but I can ignore that. She perfect!

We made Elysia's bedroom up and we put an extra bed in there for the new arrival. I made it blue though just in case we have a boy. Wouldn't that be fabulous? I don't mind if it's a boy or a girl, just as long as it's healthy. I talked to Lillian and she says her son Alphonse isn't doing too well. He can't track her fingers when she puts them in front of his face, so she thinks he's going to have eye problems. I hope not, but you never know.

All we talk about now is the baby! We have picked out names, which took longer than I expected. If it is a girl, we want to name her Hazel, and if it's a boy, we'll name him Tristen. Do you like those names?

I could feel the labor pains right as the school bus pulled up. I tried to act normal, I tried to push Elysia out the door, but she knows her mother very well. "You're having the baby, aren't you?" she asked. I had to tell the truth. My face was so distorted that if I wasn't going into labor, I would be dying.

Everyone gathered around me for about two hours. I remember the last kick the most. The baby really wanted out, so I had to let him. "One last push," Ravi said from the sidelines. I just wish he knew how hard this is.

Right as the baby came out, Elysia said the wierdest thing. She said, "Mommy, if it's a boy, do I get my own room?" I was so shocked by that statement that I didn't realize the baby had just been born.

This is my new son Tristen. I couldn't believe how much he looks like me. He has his daddy's nose, but he has my hair and skin color. How amazing is this? He actually looks like his cousin Kyra a bit, but don't worry, I won't get them confused.

Elysia had a great first week of school and now she is actually excited about doing her homework. I remember being her age - I liked doing homework too! My other siblings hated it, but I had a passion for learning. I guess I've passed that down.

Today we invited over Issac and his wife Rebecca to come see the baby. Rebecca gasped. "He looks just like Kyra!" I guess they could be twins, from what I've heard. How cool is that!

Elysia is really starting to like school and she loves it when the bus drives up. "Bye Mom!" is the last thing I hear before she leaves. Now that I'm back at work, we both leave at the same time, so it's kinda fun seeing her get on the bus, while I get in the carpool.

Tristen is one of the cutest babies I have ever seen, but he is also the loudest. Whenever he's in his crib, he will be content for a few minutes then he'll cry his head off. Oh well, you get what you get, right? Hey, don't get me wrong, I love Tristen, he's just a really hard baby.

I am actually really looking forward to Tristen becoming a toddler. Something inside of me says that he'll be a great toddler. But another part of me dreads the fact that he could end up to be a little terror. Only time will tell!

Ravi told me today he wants another child. "Another one!" I said. "You want another baby?" Ravi's smile turned into a frown. "I've always wanted three children, and we don't have much time left before we're too old to become parents..." He's right though, I did promise him three children a LONG time ago. I guess I have to keep my promise.

Kyra's birthday is tomorrow and I can't wait! I hope Kyra is as cute as he is now when he is a toddler. I just love his eyes!

Well I guess it's time to spill the beans. I'm pregnant all right, and I called my family and told them the good news. Ravi is so happy right now, he can hardly stand it. Elysia wants it to be a girl, but I think it feels more like a boy.

Yep, I am definitely pregnant. I was throwing up all day today, and it just happens to be Tristens birthday. I wanted to die, but I still had to make the birthday cake and set up the decorations.

At the party, I was so excited to see my sister Lillian. Look at her tummy! She's pregnant now, and her and Ash are finally engaged. She brought Alphonse, her adoptive son to the party as well. I am so happy for her! She hopes it's a girl, just like me!

Everyone came to the party, and I was so excited. Tristen was happy too, but he was a little cranky so you couldn't tell. Anyways, Ravi blew out his candles for him and he...well.. you know what happened next.

Look at my little Tristen! He looks so beautiful here, I just can't believe it! He looks a lot like his cousin Kyra, from what my brother says.

Elysia thinks her brother is going to hog up her parent time, but I'm going to try and balance out the time with her and Tristen. I don't want her to someday resent her little bro...

I woke up this morning with a huge stomach and a huge appetite! I am getting big all right, and it brings back so many memories.

We are starting the dreaded potty training phase of life and boy does it take time! Poor Tristen doesn't like the potty so he refuses to use it. Ahh!!!

Now I'm feeling really fat! I know the baby will be here soon, but we're not ready! We already have a toddler, I can't take a baby! But I can do it, I can do anything if I really want to.

Tristen is having fun being a toddler and I think it's super cool that he's happier now. I think it's because now he's more free and he can walk around.

I don't know what I want to name the new baby. I was thinking about the name Kenshin if it is a boy, but that is the name my brother Marcus wanted to name Winry if she was a boy. As for girl names, I like Hazel, Madison, Julie, Madelin, names like that. What about Zachary? But I'm not sure...

Elysia is doing really well in school, and she can't wait until she's a teenager so she can go to big kid school. She's be a teenager soon you know, and i hope she'll be a happy one. She's such a great kid.

Today Alphonse came over to play with Elysia. They are becoming good friends and I think they are so cute together. He's blind you know, I don't know if i mentioned that before. I think it's great that they are hanging out because Alphonse really likes her, and Elysia is warming up to the fact that everyone is different. She does have an alien cousin you know!

I was so scared when I felt the first push. Oh my god, that's all I could say. I remember clearly what it feels like to be in labor, since this is my third time! I just wanted to scream, but I couldn't since my daughter was in the next room, and my son was playing with his blocks set in the living room with my husband.

After a while, Ravi came in and watched me do the breathing exercises. He said he put Elysia to bed. Tristen is still wide awake, so Ravi left him in the living room. At the moment though, I didn't care. I just wanted this baby out!

The baby came out four hours later, and boy was I exhausted. I am formally introducing you to the newest member of the family, my daughter Madelin. She has brown hair and green eyes, and is 7 pounds, 3 ounces. She is gorgeous, and looks a lot like her brother Tristen. Is it a coinsidence?

Elysia was barely awake when she found out her little sister was born. She was still asleep after she got the news, but it didn't help wake her up. She thought Madelin was cute, but she would rather be asleep than looking at a baby.

I cannot wait until my babies birthdays. Okay, so they're not babies anymore, but they're cute! Elysia is so excited, whiel Tristen doesn't even know what going on. Someone should inform him!

I tucked my little girl in for the last time last night. She's gonna be a teenager in just one day, and I am gettin nervous. Are teenagers hard to raise? I have no idea, but I'm scared to find out...

I know it's so early, but Elysia asked if we could celebrate Madelin's birthday at her party. Madelin's real birthday is in a few days, but Elysia asked if we could her party early. I guess it's okay, but I'm gonna miss her as a baby!

Ladies and Gentlemen, meet my father, Thomas Yates. He showed up at Elysia's party, uninvited of course, and he was about to start talking to my family before I stopped him. I did it disceetly, but I made him leave. I guess you don't know why, so I'll explain. My father lived with us until we were all sixteen. He left us all one day because he said he was tired of my mom bossing him around. It hurt us all so much that our dad deserted us that we never talked about him again. I didn't want my family to get hurt anymore than they are now so I had to kick him out. Plus I didn't want him to interfere and ruin Elysia's perfect party. I think he understood, but he didn't say goodbye.

I don't think anyone noticed my father leave so I could breathe a sigh of relief. But everyone else showed up! I'll explain. First, there's my mom in the corner with the short blonde hair. All of my siblings came as well! Issac came with his two boys, Joshua and Kyra. Kyra is standing by me and Joshua is eating the chips. My sister Lillian came as well and she's sitting on the couch. She brought her son Alphonse who is wearing the red shirt. My brother Marcus came and he's the one with the blonde hair. He also brought his daughter Winry and she's next to Kyra and me. Then last but not least my sister Erika came and she's sitting at the table with Joshua.

We all went to the backyard for the celebration. It was so much fun! I thought my sister Lillian was going to fall over since she's still pregnant. We all gathered around the table and Tristen started to get excited. i guess he knows going on! All of the kids gathered around the cake and on the count of three, they blew their hearts out and all at once grew up!

Look at him now! This is my son Tristen, but in big form. Don't you just love his hair!

OMG, isn't Elysia gorgeous! She went straight away to the bathroom to see herself and she loves it! I can't believe how tall she is now!

Introducing Madelin, the newest toddler in the Yates family! Oh my lord, isn't she gorgeous? She looks like Elysia but with Tristen's hair. She's so beautiful! Everyone was so happy after the party, and it was one of the best parties I've ever been to. Great job Elysia!

Ravi was telling me today that he wants another kid. I couldn't even smile when he said that. "NO," that's all I could say. "Why not?" he asked me. I though he was going to have a heart attack by the expression on his face. "I don't want another child, sorry." I ended it right there. I am done with kids and I can't wait until I burn off the fat from my last pregnancy.

Madelin is getting bigger and bigger. I think it's the milk, but that's just me. Isn't she getting plumper by the minute? She's tall too, taller than her brother and sister were at her age. She's getting to be a big girl now.

It's tough juggling all of my children at once. I need to feed Madelin, help Tristen with his homework, clean up the bedroom, it's all just so much. Ravi is still mad about the whole baby thing, that he barely even will talk to me. I'm not worried about it though, it'll blow over soon enough. Plus, there's no way we could afford all those kids if we had 4.

Ravi has begun to teach Madelin how to walk. It's so exciting, but tedious at the same time. I think it's more exciting when you're not the one working with her!

Sometimes when all is quiet, I dream about my life. It's great, isn't it? I have a husband, three great kids, a nice house, and a cool job. Sometimes I compare my life to my siblings life. My sister Erika got pregnant with one of her boyfriends and she had a baby boy named Kenshin. Now she's all alone. My sister Lillian has one blind son and a daughter. Now she is going to have even more children on her own! Her husband left her you know.... and what about my brother Issac? He is married and had twin sons and a daughter. His wife is pregnant again! I feel so sorry for her! And my brother Marcus has an alien daughter, and has decided to adopt a baby boy for no particular reason. I love my life compared to theirs!

I can't believe that Madelin's birthday is coming up. She's getting so big in such a short period of time, it makes me kinda sad. My little girl's all grown up! It'll be so weird having her grow up so fast like this!

Elysia got a job today! She works at a nursing home and she brings food and supplies to the tenants. She says it sounds really fun, but the only bad part is that her first day of work is during Madelin's party. She has to go to work, but she's sad she's going to miss the celebration.

I brought Madelin to the cake and she was not happy. The rest of the family joined us while I told her over and over again that everything would be okay. She didn't believe me, but she smiled.

Elysia made it home just in time to see Madelin grow up! Isn't Madelin so cute? I can't believe how happy everyone was!

Madelin really likes going to school. She goes tot the same school as her brother, so she isn't alone. Elysia however goes to high school, so she doesn't have any siblings to hang out with. She is doing okay there, but she is a little bit of a loner.

Tristen's birthday is coming!!! We are so excited, partially because he'll finally be able to get a job and work! It's not that I don't love my son, but he needs something to do instead of cause trouble at home!

Oh my lord, oh my lord. We could finally afford to buy a car. It's not the best car on the block, but it's new!!! The kids love it and Elysia can't wait to learn how to drive! We bought the green version, since the others looked a little too wild for my taste. It's so awesome!

I drove the kids to school today. It was so cool, since they didn't have to ride the school bus. We got to listen to the radio, and we actually had a good time talking together.

Today is Tristen's birthday and boy was he excited. We all gathered around and watched as he blew out his candles. "Did you make a wish?" Ravi asked him. Tristen laughed. "No time, dad." he said. "I wanna grow up now!" And that's exactly what he did.

Look at my Tristen now. He sure is hansome, especially his eyes. He has beautiful eyes, and they haven't changed one bit since he was born. They still shine...

Today, Ravi and I decided to celebrate together by going out to dinner. It was so amazing, probably because we haven't done this since college. You know with having kids and a job, we never had time to do this kind of thing.

You know, it's times like these that I remember why I'm in love with Ravi. I mean, I've always loved him, but today was a reminder for how MUCH I love him. We danced that night for the longest time, and we had a wonderful time...

Elysia will be going off to college soon. I'm missing her already, but I got to remember that that's life. I pray she does well in college though, I remember how tough it was...

Today I decided to invite my family out to party! We had so much fun that night. First we went to a restaurant to eat. It was so much talking to my mom and siblings and finding out what was going on with them. Lillian says that she adopted two little babies and she finally gave birth to the last one, so now she has five. Erika's baby Kenshin isn't a baby anymore, he's a toddler. My brother Marcus adopted a little boy named Russell and now he and Winry are raising the baby. My other bro Issac now has four kids, the twins, and two little girls. It was so great!

After eating we hit the dance floor at the local DJ club. It was amazing with all the colors and the movement. I felt like I was going to party until morning.

Driving Elysia to college was one of the hardest things I could have done. I sat in the car for over an hour after I came back home and wept. She promised to call after her day was over, but I'm still sad. I feel like I'm losing her...

It feels so quiet around here now that Elysia is away at college. She called me and now I feel kinda better, but I still miss seeing her smile. She was such a good kid...

I think Madelin knows how much I miss Elysia. She tries to make me feel better, and she's getting pretty good at it. I love her so much...

My birthday is coming soon, so I guess that means the white hair will be moving in. I don't want to get old, but I don't get a choice. My siblings and I are finally going through the same problem, so I think that comforts me a bit. At least I'm not alone...

Today is a special birthday for a special someone! Madelin was so excited to grow up today. We had a little gathering with just the immediate family, but nobody really minded. Madelin blew out her candles in two foul swoops and then she stood back.

Isn't she beauitful! After she grew up, she ran right up to the mirror to check out her new look. Madelin looks so different with her hair up and in new clothes. I guess that's what happens though when you grow up. She loves having her own room now that Elysia is at college. I guess privacy is everything to young girls.

It feels so wierd getting old. My body is getting tired faster, I'm slowing down, and I ache more. Is this what it'll be like the rest of my life? I have no idea...

I had the best idea today. I think in order to celebrate the fact that Madelin has skipped two grades and is going to college and that Tristen is goin to be an adult, we should go out to party!

Madelin told me at the party that she is going to go to college, and she is leaving to the same dorm room as her sister Elysia. It hurts when the kids leave, but it can't be helped...

In the end, Tristen moved into an apartment down the street, and Madelin left for college. Ravi and I stayed behind, and we finally had our birthdays. The kids call us often, especially Tristen when he's low on cash. Elysia will graduate with honors, while her sister is still undetermined. I'm still in contact with my siblings also, and we still get together from time to time. As for me, I'm still sad, but when I look at my life, I realize it wasn't that bad. I had three great kids, one wonderful husband, and I have the best sisters and brothers in the world.
