I hate cameras, but for those of you who don't know ... this is me (or a somewhat, but hardly, reasonable facsimile thereof).

So hi. My name is Angelia.

And this happens to be where I have elected to live ...

...in heaven. Why am I claiming to live in heaven? Because this neighborhood is MY domain, my creation. That means I am GOD here (or a Goddess as the case may be). Thus, it is only fitting that I live in heaven.

So ... here is the view of the little plot that I've decided to call "home" for the time being. It's high above everything and everyone else. See why I chose it? That little green diamond ("plumb bomb") is me.

So ... why on earth do I have a phone and a little piece of wall sitting in the middle of the nothingness that is my little plot? I need to make a trip into my naked town. Why? Because I just finished my first community lot! I gotta see if it works.

Gotta call a cab to do that, and to call a cab, I need a phone. I elected the wall phone, thus I needed a wall.

Cabs are SO fast in my domain. Isn't it great?

You see this "little" building? I made this building. It is my first official community center.

Here's a bigger shot of it.

And here it is up close and personal and in detail. Not so little now, is it? The roof is up here. I elected the jade roofing tiles.

I've removed the roof so you can see the shops and things inside the building - you can see the grocery store, the men and women's restrooms, and the gaming entertainment store.

Here, you can see the clothing store and the entertainment center in the basement level. I like to provide for my sims. I'm sure they'll be very happy here. And if not, I'll just eliminate them. *evil grin*

So here I am. At the community center that I've elected to call "The Place".

Now ... to test that my building skills are as good as I hoped, I decided to visit the basement first (to see if the stairs were working, etc.). And it seems to work fine!

I thought I'd do a little browsing while I was there. :O)

And here I am entering the entertainment center (games, t.v., etc.).

Everything's okay here, too! I may have to add a bit more lighting (since the basement doesn't have any windows).

So ... I decided to go back upstairs and check out the grocery store (and the employees).

Here I am in the bathroom area. I'm wondering if I should add some showers. Hmm ... I'll think about it.

And here I am in the gaming center. I decided to chat with one of the employees (Nicole I believe). She's a nice sim. I may have to call her later.

Ah ... the great outdoors. Isn't it a lovely day? Here, I'm sitting out on the deck outside (beyond the bathroom area). The clouds are very puffy today. Out here, there's everything you could ever want to do outside (or at least what's available to do) ...

There's swiming ...

There's lounging by the hot tub and the pool ... there's actually two hot tubs, thus two lounging areas (6 chairs each) ...

There's swinging on the swingset ... (there's another set of swings on the other side of the pool) ...

And there's a picnic area for when you're hungry (again there's a duplicate on the other side of the pool). Am I a good provider or what?

Whew ... being a god(dess) is exhausting. I think I'll go home and see what I can do about my home plot.

And speaking of home ... I guess I ought to build it ... shouldn't I?

I can't do anything with just a wall and a phone! *hmph* No comfort in a wall and a phone. I've gotta have walls and floors and windows and doors! Not to mention furniture.

Ahhhh ... my golden gates. This is heaven, remember? What would heaven be without the golden gates? I tried for "pearly" ... but the catalog didn't have what I wanted.

And it's completion! My home in heaven is complete, and I must say, I'm rather proud of it! I've got my golden gates and the walls surrounding my "castle in the sky" ... There's beauty in nature all around - trees, flowers, bushes ... grass! There's a pool out back, too! It's my five floors of GLORY! Obviously, I have no furniture yet, but that's to come. That's to come ...

And the back. It's looks just as good from all angles, really! I'm proud of yet another brilliant accomplishment!

After all that hard work, I think I deserve a little reward! Mmmm ... piiiiiizzaaaaa!

And then the neighbors came to visit! Wasn't that kind of them to welcome me to the neighborhood that I created? ;o)

This is Benjamin. I like him ... platonically, of course. I might make him the "First" of many to help me pass on my genes to my neighborhood ... hmmmmm ...

It is SOOOO exhausting being me ... *yawn*

Music ... ahhhh ... how I love it! I must practice so that I can entertain anyone I might invite over.

It's my first day of work, and my carpool has arrived. But ... WHERE'S the car?!

I know I have godly powers and everything, but this is RIDICULOUS! My maid (Remington) thinks so, too.

I'm home from work ... and we found the car!

David (that's the driver) says he works for the CIA and they were testing a new invisibility formula. I don't know if I believe him.

Science is my profession ... was there ever a doubt? ;o)

I haven't been very social since moving into my home. I guess investing in this computer was a good thing! I'm not much for using the phone after all.

Aliens ... is the truth out there ... ?

Writing the Great American Novel is NOT as easy as it sounds!

I know that I'm working on the Great American Novel, but I can't be antisocial. My "project" relies on being social from time to time (and I'm not just talking about novel writing).

"By the waterfall, I'm calling you-hoo-hoo-hoooo...!" Ahhhhh ... bubbles. And Remington (my maid) is as trustworthy as Man's Best Friend, so I don't mind that he's walking around while I'm taking care of business.

I don't know if it's love on my part ... but ... he's got some nice physical features that I wouldn't mind passing on to an offspring. Perhaps something more will develop?

And we're already doing the "using the bathroom in front of each other" thing! *LOL*

This is Komel. I just met him. He might be a potential "donor" in the future ...

Or maybe he's NOT a potential "donor" ... I don't take kindly to people knocking over my trash cans.

I have been promoted several times now, but now ... I'm getting into the BIG time. I'm a FIELD RESEARCHER ... and David's driving me to work as if he was my chauffer. What a LAUGH!

Looks what's left of my garden. That gardner is SO fired! I came home from my first day of work as a Field Researcher to a yard FULL of WEEDS!!! After cleaning up THAT mess, I stunk to high heaven, was hungry, and needed to go to the bathroom. And after all of that ... ANOTHER weed popped up!! That gardner is TOAST!!

This is Lucy, my new maid. I had to let Remington go because the stress of taking care of my home got to him. He kept opening the dishwasher, removing a coffee cup, and then putting it back in again. I gave him a nice tip, did a bit of gossp, and then let him go. He'll be happier. I hope Lucy doesn't flip out. I know my house is big ... but I'm not THAT much of a slob!

There's more to life than just work. One must keep in shape!

Not to mention practice of all things aesthetic!

I'm so embarrassed. All I wanted was a hamburger for dinner, and instead I got charcoal and a burnt kitchen. *sigh* I guess it's Chef salad tonight! (I didn't take a picture of the fire because I'm so ashamed of my lack of foresight). This is the nice firelady who helped me extinguish the flames. Boy ... I need a shower.

So I forgave Komei for knocking over my trashcan ...

And started putting the moves on him. Even though I'm not aging, my biological clock is tick-tick-TICKING ...

Ahhhh ... Komei. You make me so happy.

K.I.S.S.I.N.G ... first comes love ...

... then comes lust ... then hopefully moving in together ... and maybe even marriage if I'm so inclined. After that ... KIDS!

And Komei finally decided to move in with me ... when we both get our next promotions, I'm going to talk to him about marriage. After all ... I don't want kids before marriage. Call me traditional.

No, Komei wasn't arrested. We're going to work together (carpool with our buddy David). He's (Komei is) Chief of police! I'm just a lowly Science Teacher.

Carn-flarn mechanic. You call him and ask him to fix your stuff, and what does he do? Fixes something else and then leaves. *rolls eyes* If you want something done right ... (as they say).

Komei agreed to marry me. After all, if I'm going to have kids, I'm going to do it RIGHT!

Ahh ... sweet and simple. No party. No honey moon ...

Oh yeah ... definitely ...

All married couples should have a honeymoon ... even if you only have one at home. ;o)

Somewhere ... somehow ... I made a "slight" miscalculation on my due date. *blush* This is Michael. My and Komei's first child! Ahhhh ... parenthood!

And he most DEFINITELY has his father's nose. *LOL*

Whew! Giving birth is EXHAUSTING! Thanks for taking shift, Komei.

But Michael is a sweet baby. Look at him! He's so cute.

I love him.

Komei thought that since he was a father now, he ought to look more mature. So he changed his look a little bit. Doesn't he look handsome?

And what a wonderful and loving father. Look at them ... so sweet!

And it's that time! Finally! It's Michael's 4th birthday! Time passing quickly, doesn't it? ;o) Oh ... and sorry about the mess (see bottle in background).

And look at THIS! Michael has his father's hair! *sweet sigh of happiness* Thank goodness! I thought Michael was going to end up looking like ME! *LOL*

I'm raising a GENIUS ... that's all there is to it. Learned to talk and he's only very newly a toddler. What a guy!
