  1. To begin, you must have The Sims Castaway Stories installed.
  2. In the text box below, enter the redemption code you received from your retailer (Rave Card or sticker on the game box). You will be limited to 3 downloads with this code.
  3. Click the "Download It!" button (this will immediately begin the download to your computer).
  4. After the download has completed, double click the ".sims2pack" file, this will install the bonus item.
  5. The next time you start your game, look for your special bonus item in the Buy Mode Catalogue.
