The Custom Content Browser may give you some errors that are not very user friendly. We have added some descriptions to help you better understand specific error message and how you can possibly fix them.

If you see an error code that is not mentioned here, please try the site again in a few minutes to see if it goes away or contact EA.com Technical Support to see if they can help you.

5 ConnectionFailure - Please check your internet connection and try again.

6 Timeout - If you're downloading a big file and have a slow connection you might see this. Please try downloading again or try a smaller file.

7 ConnectionLost - Please check your internet connection and try again.

8 Cancelled - User has cancelled operation.

9 ServerError - The server might be very busy or down, please try again.

11 LoginFailure - Make sure your login information is correct, please check with EA.com.

103 LoginFailure - Make sure your login information is correct, please check with EA.com.

Site Ban - You have either been banned from using the site or you're not registered, please contact EA.com to check your account status.

Upload Ban - You have either been banned from uploading to the site or you're not registered, please contact EA.com to check your account status.

Download Ban - You have either been banned from downloading from the site or you're not registered, please contact EA.com to check your account status.
