Exchange Patch Installation Instructions

This patch fixes the "Error Code 5" message that users receive when attempting to upload content to the Exchange.

To install the patch:

1. Download the patch to your desktop
2. Make sure you are not running the game
3. Double-click the .exe file. You will see a black window appear briefly. When it disappears, the patch is now installed.
