How do I register my game & become a community member?

You can register your The Sims 2 game, expansion packs, or stuff packs on the web at EA.com or ...

...you can run the EReg application that came with your copy of The Sims 2 to register your game.

You can find the application in:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\Support\EReg.exe.

Simply run the application, set up an EA user account and enter in the serial number from your game to access all of the features of the ingame content browser and The Sims 2 website. If you already have an EA user account, you can elect to use that account and add the serial number for The Sims 2. There's no need to set up multiple EA accounts.

Once you've set up your account, come back to this site and log in. It's that simple! You're now a community member and will have access to thousands of FREE downloads for your game, game updates, and patches. Welcome!

Note: This account will not work for TheSims.com or SimCity.com websites, but will work for the websites for The Sims 2 and The Urbz.
